SESSION POLICIES

• All Cake Smash Sessions include up to 60 minutes of session time and 20 digital images of your choice. Additional images may be purchased separately.

• Due to preparing a custom set and blocking off a date and time for your session, retainers are non-refundable.

• Simply Corey Photography is not responsible for any health concerns or illnesses that may arise due to participation in this session. All participants must be symptom free at least 48 hours in advance without having a fever in the past 5 days.

• You know your baby best, so you are responsible for scheduling your session to avoid nap and meal times, as well as vaccinations so baby will be in the best mood.

• Please be on time to your session. The time will come out of your allotted appointment if you are late.

• Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional charge due to illness or urgent personal circumstances, but please be courteous and let me know ASAP.

• Re-shoots are done only at the discretion of the photographer and are not given for regretful personal choices (i.e. hair, clothes, etc.), or how baby was cooperating. Fees apply for re-shoots requested by the client.

• No cameras permitted during your session, including cell phones.

• Please keep the number of people attending your session to a minimum.

• Please do not allow your child run around and touch lighting equipment, backdrops, studio sets, etc.

• You will view your session's images on a 5-day online gallery, approximately 2 weeks after your session. I will email you when your gallery is ready to confirm the start date that works best for you.

• If your gallery expires, an extension may be purchased for $25 per day.

• All tangible orders are subject to 7% sales tax.

• Digital images will be delivered electronically within 3 business days.

• Print and product orders will be mailed approximately 2 weeks from the day your payment has cleared.

• Your session's images will be archived and guaranteed for 90 days from your order date. Please backup any purchased digital images for safe keeping.

• Due to the custom nature of the products offered, all sales are final.

COVID-19 POLICIES

• All sessions are by appointment only.

• Hands will be washed before and after sessions.

• The studio and props are sanitized and cleaned regularly, as well as common areas, doorknobs, etc.

• The photographer will wear a mask (unless you request otherwise) and use hand sanitizer throughout your session.

• Please cancel your session if you or a family member have a fever of 100.4 or greater, a cough, flu-like symptoms, or known exposure to someone who is sick or has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days. Your session will be rescheduled for when it's safe or you may have your fee refunded in full.

• If I exhibit any of the aforementioned symptoms or situations, I will notify you as quickly as possible to cancel your session. Your session fee will be refunded or rescheduled.

MODEL RELEASE

Any images produced during your session are the property and copyright of Corey Farrar and Simply Corey Photography. Simply Corey Photography reserves the right to use them to promote Simply Corey Photography including, but not limited to, blog entries, website galleries, social media posts, and/or any other advertising or competition purposes. All images from your session are treated with the utmost respect.

COPYRIGHT

All images are property of Corey Farrar and Simply Corey Photography. It is illegal to copy, screenshot, download, or print images from your gallery without permission and is punishable by up to a $100,000 fine. It is also unlawful to edit or alter your purchased digital images in any way besides cropping.

Your digital images may not be entered into contests, sold to a third party or used commercially in any format, digital, printed or otherwise. Images from your session may not be used in any form other than private usage without express written permission from the copyright owner, Simply Corey Photography.
