This beautiful baby girl turned one year old earlier this month! To celebrate, she came in for a cake smash session with a colorful donut theme.

After warming up a bit … or maybe the sugar kicked in? … she decided to try putting her foot in the cake! Ha!

Even with a good hunk of her cake gone and frosting on her toes, I think she ended up as one of the cleanest babies I’ve ever photographed during a cake smash!

We thought she was done, so her outfit had been taken off, but Charlotte wanted a little bit more. Her mom had tried throughout the session to get her to stand up for a few photos, but to no avail … until the end in just her diaper! Ha! She looks so proud of herself too! ♥
