Santa Claus Mini Sessions | 2019

I look forward to our Santa Claus mini sessions all year! This year we did two Santa Mini Session dates – one in Cumming and the other in Douglasville. Everyone had so much fun – me, Santa, and all of the kids!

We had a couple of babies celebrating their first Christmases with us this year! ♥

Then a few new faces to Simply Corey Photography along with a lot of familiar faces! Some of these kids have been coming to see Santa since they were wee ones, and I love seeing them year after year! All of them enjoyed talking to Santa and telling him what they wanted for Christmas.

Some even brought lists for him!

Santa Claus was quick to ask if they had been good this year and even called a few out on not picking up their things around the house, as well as their bedrooms. Their reactions were priceless!

And these two siblings got a little surprise when Santa turned brother’s finger away from his sister and pointed it toward himself when asked who had done something wrong. Ha!

Santa Claus also had his magical tape measure to see how the kids “measured up”. Luckily everyone passed and had been very good this year … but there were a few worried faces before he let them know the results!

The kids were also able to read books with Santa Claus during their mini sessions. These moments always make the sweetest holiday memories!

And then this guy remembered he was afraid of Santa mid-story. I think this is my favorite! Ha!

Most of the kids visiting Santa enjoyed wearing my elf and reindeer hats …

… while a couple tried on Santa’s hat, and one had his own Santa hat ready!

The kids also got to see Santa’s magical pocket watch that opens when they blow on it! I loved their surprised faces!

And the kids got to pretend to drink hot chocolate with Santa in our festive mugs. I love how the simplest prop can make such fun holiday photos!

Some parents even brought gifts for their kids to open “from Santa”. They were all so excited to get an early present!

The days were filled with plenty of big smiles!

And most of our Santa Claus mini sessions ended with hugs …

And even a high five! ♥
